Return & Refund Policy — The Language of Babies

Digital products (ebooks and downloadable content): All digital sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on ebooks or other downloadable content, except where required by law.

Printed books: We want you to love this book. If you are not satisfied, you may return an unused, unmarked printed copy within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email us at thelanguageofbabiesbook@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged or defective items: If your book arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns of printed books, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
