Who we are

This store is operated by The Language of Babies™. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to read or listen to the book, or a printed copy for your own use. The text, audio, illustrations and the terms "The Language of Babies™", "The Eight Languages of Babies™" and "The Spinetti Feeding Scale™" are the property of the author and are protected by copyright. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, or reproduce the files, in whole or in part, or use them to train any automated system.

Educational content only

This book is educational. It does not provide a medical diagnosis, does not replace care from your child's pediatrician, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Dr. Spinetti. Nothing here should delay you from seeking medical care. If something about your baby worries you, contact your pediatrician. If it is urgent, call your local emergency number.

Orders and pricing

We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Delivery of digital products

Download links are sent to the email address given at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter a working address. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will resend it.

Printed books

Printed books are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Production takes a few business days before shipping, and delivery times vary by destination.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
